If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money subject to the following criteria. (Refunds are subject to a £2.50 handling fee)

To qualify for the 8 day money back guarantee:
  1. The goods must be unused.
  2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be received back within 8 days from the day you received your order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  7. Made to measure items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable unless defective.
  8. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  9. Free gifts must be returned, unused and unopened or they will be charged at the RRP.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you and you will be charged for the return postage.

Postage and packaging is non refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning your order.

You must return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us). You are responsible for the cost of all return postage and packaging.

Defective Products

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 8 days of receiving your order subject to the following criteria.

  1. You must telephone Customer Services on 0700 580 4927 or email with details of the items you are returning and the reason. You will then be given a RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER. You must do this before returning any items as we need this to process your refund or arrange a replacement.
  2. If the product is found not to be defective it will be returned and you will be charged a £2.50 handling fee and all postage and packaging costs.
  3. The goods must be unused.
  4. The goods must be in their original condition.
  5. Lingerie, videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  6. Free gifts must be returned, unused and unopened or they will be charged at the RRP.
  7. You must return the goods, with all packaging and use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
