Please note that we currently ship to the UK only.

All orders are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents or who it is from.

Orders are generally despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order subject to availability. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to despatch your order within 12 days but please allow up to 28 days. If your order has not been despatched within 7 days, we will notify you by email with an update.

All orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we charge a flat fee of £2.50 per order. This is normally a 1 to 3 working day service.

When we despatch your order we will email you with a Royal Mail Tracking Number.

Regardless of size or cost, your order will be despatched in a box and will require a signature upon delivery.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the Royal Mail will leave a card at your address, and keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us and you will be liable for the return costs. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

Orders received after 12 noon on Friday and Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

If any questions should arise, regarding your order, we will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will then contact you using the telephone number provided.
