How to order and register Print

How to create an account

Before you can order you will need to create your account. You can do this before you start browsing by clicking on the register link under customer log in on the home page. Or you can browse first and register when you check out.

Once on the registration page, complete the simple ‘Bill To Information’ panel with your name, billing address, telephone number and email address (you must complete all the fields with an asterisk*). You must also agree to the Terms of Service by ticking the box. Then push the Send Registration button. This will automatically create your username and password which will be sent to the email address entered during registration.


Shipping Address

Once you have created your account you can proceed with your checkout. The address you entered when creating your account is the billing address, which will also be the shipping address by default. If you wish to change the shipping address, click on the ‘add a new shipping address’ link and enter a new shipping address. Please note that we currently only ship to the UK.


Shipping Methods

All orders are currently sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we charge a flat fee of £2.50 per order. This is normally a 1 to 3 working day service. When we despatch your order we will email you with a Royal Mail Tracking Number.

Please write your order number on the reverse.

Orders will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared, so please allow approximately 14 days from posting your cheque until despatch.


Paying by Debit or Credit card via Nochex

You will now be presented with the Nochex secure payment form where you will need to enter your credit card information.
Your order will be processed and despatched once we have received payment confirmation from Nochex. Please note that this transaction will appear as NOCHEX LIMITED on your statement.
